Course Description

About Our Hifz Program:
  • The Quran Memorization program at Riyadhul-'Ilm Michigan is designed to nurture a deep love for the Quran while guiding students toward accurate and complete memorization of the Book of Allah. 
  • The program emphasizes proper pronunciation, correct articulation of letters, consistent revision, and disciplined daily practice, ensuring clarity, confidence, and long-term retention. 
  • Under the supervision of qualified and experienced teachers, students follow a systematic and time-tested approach to memorization. 
  • Special emphasis is placed on applying the rules of correct recitation throughout the memorization process. 
  • Students are regularly assessed, with formal evaluations conducted after the completion of each section, which must be successfully passed before progressing further. 
  • In addition, a full revision of all previously memorized sections is conducted after every five sections completed, and each section must be passed before the student is permitted to move forward. 

The curriculum is structured to accommodate each student according to their individual abilities and potential, enabling them to complete memorization of the entire Quran within two years (sixth and seventh grades), followed by one year of comprehensive revision in eighth grade to strengthen retention and mastery. Alongside Quran memorization, the program focuses on developing Islamic character, sincerity, punctuality, and respect for the Quran. 

Students are also introduced to essential Islamic studies, including memorization of selected sayings of the Prophet, daily supplications, and basic Islamic law. Through a structured schedule, individualized attention, and a supportive Islamic environment, Riyadhul-'Ilm Michigan strives to produce students who not only memorize the Quran but live by its teachings, preparing them to pursue advanced Islamic studies, teach Quran memorization, and lead congregational and night prayers, by the permission of Allah. 

🟢🟢Eligibility for Full-Time Hifz Program 🟢🟢
 ✅The student must be self-motivated and sincerely willing to become a Ḥafiẓ. 
 ✅Must have completed fifth grade in a physical (in-person) school
 ✅Must have a GPA of 3.5 or above. 
 ✅Must have completed Hifz Nazera in 4th grade.
 ✅Must have completed Pre-Hifz, with a minimum of 5 Juz memorized, by the end of 5th grade.

Course Syllabus

  • Quran: Memorize the remaining 25 Juzs. Everyday minimum 1page Sabaq & 5pages Sath-Sabaq, Amokhtah 10 pages (1-15), 20pages (15-20), 30 pages(25-30)
  • Tajweed: Strengthen fluency of Tajweed in reading the Quran. Reviewing and applying Tajweed rules, using Tajweed book: Tajweed for beginners written by Qari Ismail Ishaq (Rahimahullah). (Review the advance Nazirah curriculum).
  • Aqeedah (Basic Beliefs): Learn 6 Kalimas with meanings and Imane Mujmal & Mufassal. (Review the advance Nazirah curriculum).
  • Basic Masnoon Duas: Proper memorizing and reviewing entire daily Masnoon duas book.(Review the advance Nazirah curriculum).
  • Hadith: Reviewing all 40 Hadith memorized with meaning in Maktab course. Selected 40 Hadiths from "Jad-al-Talibin" .
  • Basic Islamic History: Some important expect of Islamic history related to the memorization of the Quran.
  • Islamic Manners & Daily Life Skills: Understand basics of namaz & others (Fardh, Wajib, Sunnat, Nafal, Nullifiers & Makruhath). (Review the advance Nazirah curriculum).
  • Salah (Prayer) Basics: Learn the correct method of performing daily prayers, Salatul Witir, Salatul Juma, Salatul Eid, & Salatul Janaza And all others salawath. (Review the advance Nazirah curriculum).
